The aim of this publication is to provide
a balanced description of the Danish VET system. It bridges the traditional system
descriptions with a more qualitative approach in which the VET actors have been given the
possibility of voicing their opinions and describing their daily practice. The publication
describes the involvement of the social partners, the dual training principle and the
daily practice of the vocational colleges from both a legislative point of view and an
actor point of view. Hereby the reader is offered an inside perspective on how the
objectives of the Danish VET system are translated into daily practice. |
